Logo in the US has picked up the one-off doc Why Men Cheat, from Canadian producer-distributor Shaftesbury.
The LGBT-aimed specialty channel will run the 1x90′ doc as part of its What!? series of docs, following its premiere in early 2013 on CBC. The doc is currently shooting in Canada and the US under director Marc de Guerre, looking at why men get involved in risky affairs.
Shaftesbury also produced de Guerre’s Who’s Sorry Now?, which took a similar look at scandal-ridden politicians, and will take the doc to next month’s Mipcom.
