Disney has acquired the first season of preschool live action/animation hybrid Fuzzy Tales, as its Canadian broadcaster orders more episodes.
Fuzzy Tales
Fuzzy Tales (50x5′), produced in Canada by Brain Power Studio, puts a modern twist on classic fairy-tales and nursery rhymes by casting real animals in amongst the animation.
Its distributor, Bejuba Entertainment, has sold the first season to Disney Channel Australia, while a second has just been commissioned by Canadian pubcaster CBC.
