Spanish producer-distributor Imira Entertainment has expanded its third-party slate with a new animated family feature film from India.
The Wish Fish (1x75′) follows the adventures of a boy who makes a wish for all the fish to disappear from all the oceans. It is produced by Spanish prodcos Baleuko and Talape alongside Chennai-based Image Venture and will be available at the upcoming MipJunior market held in Cannes from October 6-7.
Christophe Goldberger, head of distribution and marketing at Imira, said: “It’s a very magical adventure story with an underlying environmental message about the threat to the seas, which is fascinating for both kids and families.”
