US satellite channel GMC TV has okayed a new docu-drama about a Florida family and its 25 kids.
Toronto-based Peace Point Entertainment (Bake with Anna Olson) has started producing 7x60′ series The Bulloch Family, about 25 needy teenagers being raised on a ranch by a rural, blue-collar couple.
Peace Point president Les Tomlin exec produces with Danny Passman of Cry Baby Media, who has been working with the former’s LA office on development of new shows for the US market.
The series showrunner is Todd C Stevens (The Osbournes, Newlyweds) and the show will be handled by Peace Point Rights. It is set to debut on GMC in November.
