NEWS BRIEF: German children’s producer and distributor Your Family Entertainment (YFE) has acquired three European cartoons to distribute locally.
The company has bought German-language rights to Jasper the Penguin, The Hydronauts and Lazy Paula to bolster its local distribution slate, executive VP Klaus Forch told C21. German prodco Toons ‘n’ Tales, which recently went into liquidation, created the shows and was the previous rights holder.
