NEWS BRIEF: Canadian distributor and producer Breakthrough Entertainment has sold US cable rights to one of its Teletoon series.
US cable network MAV TV will air the first season of Crash Canyon (13x30′) in primetime from next month. The series was developed by The Simpsons veteran Joel Cohen for Canadian animation channel Teletoon and follows a community of misfits living at the bottom of a canyon.
