CNBC has launched a connected TV app in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, offering real-time business news video and data.
The free application lets viewers access content from CNBC’s TV and online platforms via web-TVs, set-top boxes and connected Blu-ray players.
Supported devices include Panasonic, Philips and Samsung connected TVs and Virgin TiVo boxes. The launch comes after the BBC launched a similar connected TV news app in the UK in July.
