Veteran natural history broadcaster Sir David Attenborough will present a third 3D project for BSkyB – one that marks the UK satcaster’s first 3D doc series.
Attenborough will front Kew 3D (working title, 3x60′), produced by Atlantic Productions, which will look at the stunning botanical life at London’s Kew Gardens.
Attenborough’s previous outings in 3D with Sky – Flying Monsters 3D and the upcoming Penguins 3D – have been single docs. The new series will debut on Sky 3D and broadcast later in 2D.
Last month, Sky appointed Sky Arts director John Cassy to run year-old Sky 3D.
