International broadcasters including Discovery and Vivolta in France have together picked up over 600 hours of programming in sales deals with US distributor Echo Bridge Entertainment.
Discovery Communications has acquired Crash Test Mommy (65x60′) for Latin America and the US Hispanic market, as well as seasons one and two of documentary series Adoption Stories (69x30′) for its European nets.
Furthermore, Discovery in Germany and German-speaking territories and Discovery Networks International in Japan picked up season two and season one, respectively, of reality show At the End of My Leash (65x30′).
Vivolta took the French and Francophone rights to Crash Test Mommy (season five) as well as seasons three and four of home improvement series Debbie Travis’ Facelift (50x60′), and season two of wedding reality series Rich Bride Poor Bride (26x30′/13x60′). It also acquired the first season of Adoption Stories (69x30′).
Family Channel in Finland also picked up Crash Test Mommy (seasons two, four and five), while MTV in Finland acquired seasons one and two of Rich Bride Poor Bride and the first three seasons of At the End of My Leash. Pro Plus in Slovenia, meanwhile, acquired Crash Test Mommy (season one),
the first two seasons of Facelift, and the first season of At the End of My Leash.
Telewizja Puls in Poland acquired the first two seasons of Facelift, with Channel 4 in Finland picking up seasons three and four. HRT in Croatia and TV3 in Hungary both picked up seasons one through four.
Living Channel in New Zealand acquired season one of cooking and travel series Lidia’s Italy (104x30′), with Australia’s XYZ Networks taking season four. Telelatino in Canada and Takhayal Entertainment in the Middle East both took seasons one through four.
CLT-UFA in the Netherlands picked up the first season of Rich Bride Poor Bride. Autentic in sub-Saharan Africa and TV4 in Scandinavia and picked up seasons one, and one and two, respectively, of Adoption Stories.
