All3 USA takes legal advice

UK superindie All3Media has appointed an entertainment lawyer to oversee its business affairs in the US as it continues to build up stateside operations.

Anne Jordan has been named senior VP of business affairs, based in Los Angeles and working alongside Menaka Swampillai-Evans, senior VP of finance.

Jordan will provide legal support to All3’s companies as they break into the US market – among them Maverick Television, which has recently set up an LA base.

Jordan arrives at the Permira-owned production giant after nine years as executive VP of Africa Channel. Prior to that, she was the director of programming at DirecTV, and a VP at K-tel International.

All3Media USA’s credits include Undercover Boss (CBS), Skins (MTV), Cash Cab (Discovery), Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? (Fox) and a range of Gordon Ramsay programmes, also for Fox.
