OJ Simpson: accused of double murder

Crime + Investigation and A&E Network will air The Secret Tapes of the OJ Case: The Untold Story and OJ Speaks: The Hidden Tapes respectively in more than 125 territories.

In the US, cablenet LMN will premiere the former on September 30, while A&E will carry the latter on October 1. In Canada, France and South-East Asia, both docs will air day-and-date with the U.S.

Both specials will continue to roll out globally across the UK, EMEA, Latin America and Australia within the same week as their respective air dates in the US.

A+E claims The Secret Tapes of the OJ Case: The Untold Story reveals new insights into the trial in which the former NFL star was cleared of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.

OJ Speaks: The Hidden Tapes, meanwhile, gives viewers access to the plaintiffs’ deposition tapes from the civil trial, which were locked away in a warehouse for nearly 20 years.

The two docs were produced by ABS Productions for A+E Networks, which handles worldwide distribution rights.

Simpson is currently serving a 33-year sentence for a separate armed robbery and kidnapping offence for which he was arrested in 2007.
