ABC Australia enters Commons

ABC Australia has acquired a documentary series that goes behind the scenes of the House of Commons, the democratically elected house of the UK Parliament.

Inside the Commons

Inside the Commons (4×60’), from UK factual specialist Atlantic Productions, will air on ABC this month and will also be available to international broadcasters at MipTV.

Following everyone from ministers, whips and MPs to doorkeepers, clerks and clockmakers, Inside the Commons explores how England’s most important political institution works.

The programme hails from award-winning political filmmaker Michael Cockerell and originally aired on BBC2 in the UK earlier this year.
