2C develops with Clark

US-based 2C Originals, the content division of 2C Media, has appointed freelance editor/producer Mark Clark as its head of development.

Clark will work across 2C’s output including unscripted, having previously worked with the company on a freelance basis on shows such as Travel Channel’s Airport 24/7: Miami and CMT’s Danger Coast.

He has also worked on promos for CNN, Fox and ABC Family, among others, and has served as a writer, editor, producer and director on more than 100 shortform and longform projects.

Clark said: “As television continues into unchartered territory, my goal is to create series that bring unprecedented access and offer inspiring, unique content that the 2C family and networks can feel passionate about.”

2C was founded in 2005 by Chris Sloan and Carla Kaufman Sloan. Its credits include Dr. Miami for WE tv, Growing Up Gator for GAC and Florida Untamed for Nat Geo Wild.
